The P-Chart Blackbelt tool allows the
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner to easily implement a visual control chart technique to control processes.
The P-Chart is used when a process measurement is attribute in nature. Such measures include: go/nogo, 0/1, true/false, good/bad, accept/reject, etc.
