Design for Six Sigma

Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) Black Belt Training & Certification Program Description

"Speed is life" in today's business climate.  There is increasing pressure on companies to develop and manufacture products faster and with increased value at lower cost. The Six Sigma Partnering implementation of DFSS enables companies to increase market share and improve margins by applying six sigma DFSS methodology to new product development and manufacturing processes.  The distance Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) course guides participants through the process of producing breakthrough change that produces robust product designs and manufacturing processes early on in the product life cycle.  Students learn and implement the DFSS process (Define, Measure, Analyze, Design and Verify) by employing the methodology to exercises in each chapter of the text.  Six Sigma Partnering Instructors are available on a reasonable 24/7 basis to provide clarification or guidance.
