Six Sigma Partnering has been delivering lean six
sigma training online "at a distance" since first quarter '2000. That's two
full years before ASQ or any college/university could even spell "six
sigma"! Six Sigma Partnering was the first six sigma training provider
to offer training online.
Six Sigma Partnering online lean six sigma training
follows the six sigma black belt
"body of knowledge" and the chapter sequence of the course textbook,
Implementing Six Sigma, by Forrest Breyfogle III.
Certification is granted without exam.
Certification is based upon the extensive "body of work" that is
accomplished throughout the training program.
Most participants complete six sigma black belt
training in 2-3 months, part-time. The lean six sigma black belt
training program is an independent study format but is considered equivalent
to 160 contact hours of instruction at a college/university.

Lean Six Sigma Black
Belt online distance training option is fast becoming a preferred popular route to achieving
Lean Six Sigma Black
Belt Certification. The online Lean Six Sigma Black Belt distance learning
option allows the student the flexibility of a self-study/self-paced
alternative to the traditional training experience. One lean six sigma improvement
project is also required for the lean six sigma black belt certification.
The curriculum for the
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt online distance training program follows the Six Sigma textbook, Implementing Six Sigma, by Forrest W. Breyfogle III, and includes the same information
typically presented at live training. The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
training includes the curriculum of the Six Sigma Green Belt training as
well as more complex lean six sigma black belt content. The lean six sigma black belt training program requires that a
lean six sigma
improvement project be conducted as the capstone and final training program
requirement leading to lean six sigma black belt certification. The final
lean six
sigma project report or the Executive Summary of the final six sigma project
report shall be submitted to the Six Sigma Partnering Instructor for
evaluation and as objective evidence of project completion.

account, Windows 95 or newer
operating system and MS Office.

Six Sigma Partnering Provides:
The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt online distance
training
course syllabus, problem assignment list, Six Sigma Black Belt tools,
24/7 Instructor support, and periodic virtual class (by client
request only).
Training Program Restriction:
The only program restriction is that the student is required to complete the program within one year of fee payment. The typical student will complete the
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Program in about one to three months depending upon
individual readiness for the material, personal motivation and day to day time commitment.
A one-year extension is available upon request.
Professional Training Credits:
Continuing education credit may be obtained through participation in
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt online training. The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training
program is equivalent to a 160 contact hour class. Organizations
honoring professional certification/recertification include SME, ASQ, PMI
and others.
Students may obtain college credit if the course is approved by their
degree program advisor under the independent study course category within the degree program.
