Lean Six Sigma Academy provides customized
Black Belt templates for use in solving common Design of Experiments problems.
The templates are used to characterize and optimize process performance
through screening experiments and optimization experimentation.
The
student will learn that Design of Experiments (DOE) techniques are simple
and powerful. Two level/multi-factor experimentation will drive process
performance to Lean Six Sigma levels.
